The aim of Homefront friends E-group is to make a link for people who wish to find out about the current UK 40s scene and British home front / living History/ re-enacting. No one wants to glorify the war or live through it again but we are determined that the home front will not be forgotten. One of the features of this E-group is an excellent calendar with listings for Home Front events throughout the UK. Members of the Home Front Friends E-Group can update the calendar and so promote their own 40’s events,

The goal of our group "Lebendige Geschichte 1939-49" (Living History 1939-49) is the vital examination of the Second World War and the postwar period in Germany. We work together in close cooperation with the "Tough Ombres" (US 90th Infantry Living History Group) and "The Netherlands 1940-1945" (Dutch Study- and Living History Group).
